Michael Ghozland

Summary

Mr. Ghozland’s practice concentrates on complex business litigation with a focus on defending broker-dealers in state and federal court and before arbitration tribunals including FINRA, AAA, and JAMS. Mr. Ghozland has extensive experience litigating complex actions in state and federal court, including securities class actions and corporate derivative actions. He has practiced before the Third Circuit, Sixth Circuit and Ohio Supreme Court and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California.

Education

Mr. Ghozland earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California and received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the Tulane University School of Law. He also obtained his Master of Laws degree in securities and financial regulation from the Georgetown University Law Center where he graduated with distinction.
