Jeffrey N. Goldberg
Mr. Goldberg is a partner with the firm. His practice concentrates on complex business litigation. He has broad experience in diverse areas of litigation, including securities litigation and regulatory matters, health care matters, and representative actions brought pursuant to California’s unfair competition law, false advertising law, and Consumers Legal Remedies Act. Mr. Goldberg has handled various litigation matters in state and federal courts, including appeals in both the California Courts of Appeal and the United States Courts of Appeals. He also has extensive experience in arbitration proceedings in various forums (including FINRA, AAA, JAMS, and NAF) and related court proceedings. While Mr. Goldberg’s practice has focused on the representation of defendants, he also has substantial experience representing plaintiffs in a wide array of lawsuits. Mr. Goldberg is admitted to practice in California, before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to joining Palmer, Lombardi & Donohue LLP, Mr. Goldberg was an associate at a large, international law firm.
Mr. Goldberg received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Emory University and his Juris Doctorate degree from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.
