Hannah B. Fernandez is an associate at Lombardi & Donohue LLP. She focuses her practice on business and financial services, real estate, securities, and employment litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fernandez litigated complex and consumer class action cases involving consumer fraud, unfair business practices, and employment law.
During law school, Ms. Fernandez gained experience as an intern with the Office of the General Counsel at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Office of the District Attorney in Sacramento, California.
Ms. Fernandez obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy (Ethics and Public Policy) and Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Juris Doctorate with a Business Law concentration from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
Ms. Fernandez is an appointed member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Access to Justice Committee, a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
