Angelina E. Chew
Ms. Chew has experience in handling a wide range of general business and real estate litigation matters, including employment, antitrust, contract disputes, bad-faith and insurance coverage disputes, corporate criminal investigations, and securities litigation. Ms. Chew also handles intellectual property matters such as patent, trademark and copyright litigations, as well as, trademark prosecution, opposition and cancellation. She has appeared in both state and federal court and is admitted to practice in all state courts in California, as well as the District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. Ms. Chew has also appeared before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, where she has handled both customer and industry-related securities disputes.
Prior to joining Palmer, Lombardi & Donohue LLP, Ms. Chew practiced at a large international law firm. Also, she served as a judicial extern in the District Court for the Central District of California for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall.
Ms. Chew obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Hampton University. Ms. Chew obtained her Juris Doctorate degree summa cum laude as well as graduating third in her class from Whittier Law School.
- Obtained several favorable settlements in promissory note cases pending before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
- Defeated a Motion for Summary Judgment and obtained a favorable settlement for a pro bono client in a Section 1983 cruel and unusual punishment case.
