Ms. Kreitenberg-Tasker obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from the University of California, San Diego where she graduated with Honors with Highest Distinction in History, and her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Ms. Kreitenberg-Tasker was also a Judicial Extern to the former Chief Judge Vaughn R. Walker of the United States District Court, Northern District of California.

Honors & Awards

During law school, Ms. Kreitenberg-Tasker was awarded the Judge Robert H. Schnacke Scholarship and the Richard Earl Denham Scholarship. She was also awarded the Wiley W. Manual Award for Pro Bono Legal Services by the California State Bar for her work with Bet Tzedek Legal Services. Additionally, she received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Trial Advocacy and Litigating Class Action Employment claims.

Professional Activities

While pursuing her Juris Doctor degree, Ms. Kreitenberg-Tasker served as Senior Articles Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal.

Ms. Kreitenberg-Tasker was a founding member of the Phi Alpha Theta History Honors Society at the University of California, San Diego. As an undergraduate, she also worked with the Youth Success and Outreach Program as a mentor to foster care children in the juvenile justice system.
